After much time, I never got ahold of the original author, so I'm releasing my fix anyway.

This is a fix of the ICP skin I got from way back when, in the days I would look for skins that didn't have full team colors.

Full team colors + a voicepack I found for it:

Be advised (if you're not a as familiar with ICP as the Juggalos are) the voicepack is incredibly foulmouthed!
