I have to call when the office is open, the after hours couldn't assist me. So I'll be calling them tomorrow when I wake up.

I called them up and they found out exactly what has been causing the issue. Someone in the house is using an IPhone or IPad and it's eating up the upload, especially because of the ICloud, which updates twice a day.

Basically, this is how the guy put it, I would have to have, whoever is using those devices, shut down the ICloud until they go to bed because every time something saves to the ICloud and it does an update, it updates everything in it. For instance, if you just took a photo and there's 10,000 photos in the phone, when the ICloud updates, it will update every one of those photos. (Something along those lines).

So my upload is getting eaten up.
