UPDATE:

TS channels were moved from one server to the other. Those channels that were passworded (member channels), you'll have to come in and replace the password.

Most of the settings were moved over, I'm not going to fuss with the settings though, I'm going to keep them default. Several people will get admin to make sure guests get registered..

Nah, don't worry about it. :) I'll just work as I go, if something needs to be changed in the settings, I'll work with it then but as of now, I'm not going to mess with them.

The TS banner shows OFFLINE but it is ONLINE, just put in the information and connect and you should be good to go :)

The guest group (not guest server query group) should have the following keys set to true:
- ServerQuery: View Virtual Server Info
- ServerQuery: View List of existing Channels
- ServerQuery: View List of Clients online
- ServerQuery: View Channel Info
- ServerQuery: View List of Server Groups
- ServerQuery: View List of Channel Groups
- ServerQuery: View Client Info

Best is to also set into the template of guest group (5) as well. Then every time you create a new server, it will be set automatically.
Also set the ts3viewer ip to be allowed in the whitelist of teamspeak 3 server.

Reason: Ts3viewer do not connect with guest server query rights but with normal guest rights.

EDIT: I do not think it's my end that has an error, I think it's their end. Code 111, it doesn't give me a reasoning on what it could be..

that's the reason I got from their forums. you have to make the guest access the same as a normal user I think?

I made a request to our support about he query port being blocked hopefully today tsviewer will work :D
