Server lag

Most recently I've been experiencing a Ping spike that lasts anywhere from 30 seconds to 5 minutes (most recent). I was in the server last night around 8:30 on {WINGS}TF and my ping went up to 146 and remained there for around 5 minutes. I wasn't the only one, I think Nightwolf was there and had the same issue and he's within my area. It might've just been a ISP hiccup but it's happened before, and I know it's not on my end because I run speed tests nightly and do power cycles regularly, and I also play XBoxOne through wireless with no issues, whereas my computer is hard lined.

Last night's ping spike also was also weird because I remained constant at uK server at a low ping rate. I have done what I could to see what the issue is so I just would request someone to check logs from last night if possible 8:30pm EST

when these situations happen it is uber important to run a trace to the server

so open CMD from start menu

then type tracert 63.251.20.60

take a screen shot or paste the results.

I took a UT SS of my F6 data and I will post that tomorrow when I can, on my phone now so I can't get to it

that will only show us the ping and packet lost. It wont give us any info as to where the issue is unfortunately :(

^^ all the packet loss occurs on your isps route. as you can see the---> * <--- all on brasiltelcom.. there are no * on nfo servers.

thre is going to me more lag on a server with flying jet than a server just shooting little beams

I guess your isp doesn't allow traces? or your firewall settings are way to high

I'm assuming it's my landlord's Internet, but I haven't had any problems prior to a few weeks ago
