Re: Switching graphics cards
well i looked at bestbuys site and it said they had the evo in stock, but when i got there all they had was intel and pny i think it was. i figured intel would be the best thing to get out of the 2 choices. mine came with software to copy my old hard drive but it wanted to copy the whole thing instead of just the os partition so i just reinstalled windows anyway. i had just done it a few days before cuz i got more ram and needed to switch to 64bit so it wasnt like i was gonna lose anything

Re: Switching graphics cards
no, just the ram, yeah i didnt see a need to be running 64bit since i only had 4gb of ram.

Re: Switching graphics cards
^ yeah but then only 3.5GB shows up and is usable (sometimes less) and you waste 500MB ram

Re: Switching graphics cards
disable the Intel once in device manager it may free up the ram. most new processors come with the integrated video card in the processor. you can disable it in bios too I think.
