In light if recent news of the Master Servers shutting down Jan 24th I'd like to formally invite all of you to a magical night of UT99.

On Monday January 23rd 2023 the last day of UT Servers (And my birthday!!) I am announcing the "Tonight We're Going to Party Like it's 1999" UT Party .

Official Time : 6pm - 9pm Central Time (You're welcome to come early and stay late.)

Get your mic's ready. Share your webcam or game play. Doesn't matter!

What sounds fun that we can do? I'm thinking do some UT Trivia with a couple prizes to hand out. And then Frag the night away on Discord and UT.

Additional ideas welcome.

Is there an active server mod on server that can occasionally display the time and date for the server party Jan 23rd 6-9 Central Time? That would be great. I'm going to try and hop on as much as I can the next few weeks to promote it.

Well,

2 people turned out to the party. Luckily it was a great night for UT in spite of that. Full server for 4 hours just like old times.

We stll had UT trivia. Xark won a $50 Digital Amazon gift card.

Ggs.

Hope to see the rest of you on more in the coming weeks. =)

I had the banner up for a while but an update to the smart ctf broke it and been having issues since. Sad I missed it.
