About 2 weeks ago, I found this video on youtube. I love pasta and this recipe is so simple and delicious at the same time, if you like garlic and oliveoil.

Ingredients: (copied from his site)
1 pound dry spaghetti
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
6 cloves garlic, sliced thin
1/2 cup olive oil (note: I prefer a regular olive oil for this recipe, as opposed to a strongly flavored extra virgin olive oil)
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or to taste
1/4 cup chopped Italian parsley
1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese (highly recommend Parmigiano-Reggiano)
*It's not traditional, but for extra richness add 1 tablespoon of butter when you toss with the cheese.

This looks delicious. I love pasta with bolognese sauce, but never tried it with mushrooms.

You must try them! they taste really great with Pasta.
80% of the times I cook pasta, I end up cooking it with mushrooms. I love them, lol.

NP man. I suggest you subscribe to that youtube channel. It's called ''foodwishes'' and he has some really delicious recipes.

I also tried his chocolate mousse recipe and it was delicious

She must be busy now cause her mum is there, but after that it will be great to see her posting recipes and some of those amazing pictures to go with them. Especially the burger pictures

Lol, I haven't made any new burger recipes, but I can post up the ones I did before if you'd like.

I also haven't really tried many new recipes lately, but still have all of mine archived and photos to go with. When I get more of a chance, I'll try to get them posted if anyone's interested.
