I mean old game,a lot of fail things,poor graphics,fags making cheat
Each one have some good reason,mine because the guys here who i like...

straight up...its the BEST DAMN GAME EVER !!!!

and im not even a gamer......the last console game I owned was an intelevision from 1979 - which I played till i wore the paddle out in the mid 80's LOL

so for a game like this to hook me like it has for 15 years !!! that says It all

there's just so many different game style / mods..and endless maps that ive yet to discover
so it keeps it fresh and new......even when ya end up playing the same maps over and over..its always going to be a different outcome filled with some laughs....some owwies and some sweet ass battles

all that being said, aside from the game itself
the people I have met along the years & forged friendships or just nightly comradery
that's what keeps me playing !!

even now....my gaming is very sub par to the skills & ping I once had
and it actually frustrates me ALOT lately
but what keeps me in there playing..IS ALL OF YOU !!!

I love being on teamspeak with ya all..or just laughing on the server and being there to cover / cap or retrieve my flag from those pesky little stealers
hell lately ...I'm even becoming a bit of a forum whore ;) ---and I don't do social media crap
meaning - I don't post anywhere else....I don't belong to any other communities or anything

its just --->you guys are great !!
im proud of what has become of this clan
and i honestly never thought id have joined a clan again..but im ever so glad I did !!!!

so thanks to all of you for all the fun ..past present and future !!

Lool, well not only for that,
Because it has great mods, great maps, great weapons; I could say a million things.

But above all, the great clan I'm in, the great people that are in it, sadly, I forgot it's name..

I've stayed with UT99, as opposed to 2k3, 2k4, UT3 because it seems that UT99 is the most modable, the lightest on PC resources and the most fun to play. You can do so much with it. I think because of the way UT99 was designed, that it's THE most addictive version too. I mean, think about it, all these other versions of UT really haven't received their claim to fame like UT99 has. 2K3 is almost non-existent as is 2K4. Then with UT3, you need a monster machine just to run it. IDK, but I started playing UT99 when it first came out in guess when? 1999..lol. It's always been very alluring to me and has kept my interest over the years. And with the introduction of the RX mod, forget it, popularity is off the wall up there!

Also, with mod/guns like our PirateDeemerCMM mod - I can re-invent this versatile nuker in minutes.
The game just keeps interesting year after year.

I've remained in UT99 because of the community and the people I've made friends with over the years as well as the nostalgia factor, if it wasn't for any of that I probably be playing other games right now and probably not even glance back at UT99.

The good people, the funny moments... I even started creating maps! It's a shame that life always finds a way to keep me from finishing them haha.

I've been in a great player in this game and i love playing it especially with my friends(You and the others).

And you know what? Sometimes when you reach your goal in anything and think about leaving it ,It will be so hard unless you have something that encourages you to leave it.
