The clan forums will be rebuilt once the rest has been fixed.

if you have a back up of the entire forum directory I can show u how to restore it without losing your members or posts.

Problem is I was unable to get the database due to the investor attempting to lock us out of the domain, thereby violating the agreement. I was fortunate enough to be able to get in and remove everything that was our intellectual property, including the databases, and had attempted a bulk backup of the databases, where it did work, but failed to make backups of the forums databases.

Not a problem, as I have already gotten most of the TD Gaming forums rebuilt, with a little more to complete, then I'll get the clan forums done.

u don't need the database. all you need is the physical files. you can create a blank database in your hosts control panel then upload the forum files to your ftp then just change the password in the config.php to the new username and password that you created with your new database.
