Hey Peeps

I decided last night to do something different with my locker room map. For now, the map shown in the first set of screen shots is going on hold. Instead, what I'm doing is modding my DM-TUC-Fragmaster24HoursFitness map and calling the CTF version CTF-VMFragmaster24HourFitness!!!

What I've done so far is to balance the map so that either team is equal in weapons capability, game capability and of course vulnerability. The bathrooms are identical. The vending machines are identical. This map is fairly large, so you should have no trouble flying RX's.

This map is a takeoff from the original and very old version of DM-24HourFitness!!!. I even used some of the textures from that map but my map was built from the ground up, to look like the original 24HourFitness map.

I have some alignment issues to workout, and I may change the lighting some. I forgot that when I built the DM version of this map back in 2005, that I had zoned it for better game-play. In any event, I'll let you know when I get closer to completion.

I don't know Pie. I could do something like that. There is an entire area (not seen in my screen shots) above the map, where I could add secret areas in. Is that something you'd like to see?

I think it'd depend on how big the map is. If it's as big as I'm picturing, then I think it'd be better without a secret area.

Yea, it's a pretty good size map. Then what might be better is to just throw in a few transporters to make it interesting. :)

Definitely! You could have teleporters send you to the top of some of the lockers.

i like that idea :)

and add Boots too ....so if yoru gonna get mowed down once up top...you can jump off the big ass lockers..without falling to yoru death

will give the foot people a chance of killing and playing a defensive/offensive ground game which = more fun
