if ur using the LA13v2 mapvote, i have had 1 other person complain about the issue DEM has, u prolly have ur ut font set to double instead of normal (options--->preferences--->video), if thats not it try a different resolution, worst case scenario, new monitor, however ive nvr heard anyone having issues not fixed with that first step
