What does this button by this red arrow tell me? I have never seen it before.. :O

its from hitting the plus or minus sign which will increase or decrease HUD items. + or - on your keyboard

That's from nexgen, just go to settings and in the bottom just un-check something that says "show ping on HUD".

lol, that's just for a second, after that, it jumps to at least 150....
