My Washington, D.C. Trip Photos
Keep in mind these were taken from my iPhone 4, and they're not the best quality. I'm no Pie :-P
I didn't get to go out and walk up to the monuments, either. The photos I got were taken from my moving vehicle.
National post office:
Capitol building:
Washington Monument:
Lincoln Memorial:
Jefferson Memorial:
I don't remember what this was called, it's a shrine of some sort. It had beautiful architecture, though. Fun fact; It's the largest church in the western hemisphere.
Unfortunately, the only "museum" I got to go to was the Smithsonian National Zoo. I wish I could have gone to actual museums, but we were short on time.
Here are some boring ass mammals.
Female lion:
Tiger:
Prairie dog:
Orangutan:
I tried to pose with a meerkat because of my 'Hakuna Matata' shirt, but I failed:
Sand cat (apparently these exist):
Here are some less boring but still boring birds.
Owl:
Emu (THAT WOULD NOT SIT STILL FOR THE PHOTO):
Peacock:
HERE ARE SOME RAD REPTILES HECKA YEAH! I only remember the names of half of these (because I was so excited) so I'll make the ones I don't know up as I go along.
Angry turtle:
Hello! I am a salamander!:
Asian water dragon:
Do not be fooled by this reptiles trickery! It is not a snake! It is a legless lizard:
Yitto baby zard:
Lizard that looks away from the camera dramatically:
Some chameleon:
Here are some pics from the flight
Florida coast on the flight home:
Clouds:

Oh those legless lizards are tricky, I've seen a few of em. All ya gotta do is wait for em to blink (snakes cant but lizards can).
How lucky was you to get the window seat in the plane
