NOTE: I was getting 17% packet loss the first time but the second time I started lagging, I wasn't getting any packet loss. So I have no idea what the issue is.

you can also run this program while playing ut to try and catch the lag issues. you have to let it run for a while at least a few games. IT doesn't impact game performance at all.

I've done this before and you said it had to do with something on my side, the ISP because I get packet loss too.

There seems to be a slight delay in the game, someone will grab the flag and it looks like it is still there and they don't have it. Not sure if the server just needs a reboot or what is going on.
