Ive noticed lately that the flag next to my name is CANADA! I live in California...Not sure why that it is showing that. Same on the rest of the servers.

IP is from my house. At some point in time I remember someone Else's server having this issue after they did some updates. I can't remember who it was. I will keep digging.

yeah i update the database every so often what ill do is download the file delete the original make the change and re upload. its probably not saving because i changed it while the server was live
