Keeps kicking me? Not sure what this is all the sudden.

try deleting that file, you shouldn't need it for any vm servers
if you need it for any modding or map making, which it is used for (see :
https://wiki.beyondunreal.com/Legacy:EnhancedItems), remove it from your system folder and place it somewhere else until you need it

Ive been playing on HoF Sniper server a lot lately..I bet that's where I got it.

Just delete the file you have. There are multiple versions of this file. Actually I will whitelist it from ACE due to that exact reason. Then it wont matter :)
